PETER LOCKE - DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Peter joined OVN in October 2009 as Funding and Sustainability Officer, having previously worked for eVOLution in Darlington as a Community Development Worker.  Peter’s role involves ensuring VCS organisations across County Durham are tender ready, assisting with the development of relevant consortia where appropriate, and ensuring organisations are aware of commissioning opportunities.
