JENNY FLYNN MBE

Jenny Flynn MBE is Chair of the Board of Trustees for DRCC and has been an active Trustee on the Board for many years.  She works as a Solicitor with the Consett firm of Swinburne, Snowball & Jackson.  She has been qualified for 33 years, and one of her primary areas of work is with elderly clients.  She lives in Tow Law and has been heavily involved with her community, and projects for its regeneration for over 20 years.  In 2001 she was awarded the MBE for services to her community, and in 2005 was made a Deputy Lieutenant for County Durham.  She was a Non-Executive Director of Durham Dales PCT from April 2002 until September 2006, and was appointed to the Board of County Durham Primary Care Trust when it was formed in October 2006.
