CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Durham Rural Community Council is able to offer you a range of conference facilities, all at competitive prices.

Our spacious Conference Room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 delegates in a range of room layouts to suit your needs.  The room is fully accessible and comes equipped with flip-chart, projector, TV, DVD, video, and interactive whiteboard; internet access can be arranged on request.  The room is available for hire on an hourly basis at very competitive rates.  Refreshments can be provided at a modest additional cost.

We have a further accessible meeting room available on the Ground Floor which can seat 6 to 8 delegates.

Both spaces can be hired at very competitive rates; refreshments can be provided at additional cost.

Park House is attractively located in the pleasant village of Lanchester, just off the A691 about 8 miles north-west of Durham City.  There is car parking available behind the building, and there is ample additional free parking throughout the village.  Lanchester is well served with all local services.  Park House itself is a pleasant location for a meeting, with an attractive rear garden offering the opportunity for fresh air and relaxation between sessions.
