Background
The BOSS (Back Office Support Services) Project which is managed by TVRCC aims to investigate and address the need for 'back office services' amongst community groups in rural areas of the region. Book-keeping and accounts forms one of several training packages that are now available to community groups across County Durham thanks to BOSS funding.
About the training
This training will be of equal interest to treasurers, reluctant treasurers, and anyone who thinks they can't look after the books.
What are the benefits?
Freedom from drudgery, accurate summaries and analysis of accounts at the click of a mouse, and the freedom from pressure to finish the accounts by Friday! Participants are shown how to do it, and are given the software and the manual to take away. Help is also on hand to answer any queries that may arise using the software after the training has finished.
